Host Bios
Sex Maven I believe in sexual freedom, choice, and responsibility. Part Mid-Western farm gal, part radical hippy - I've got buckets of common sense, an open mind, and I love to keep the laughter coming.
Andro-Maude is constantly connecting topics to research. My particular interests include child sexuality (infant masturbation) and medical sexology (STIs, birth control, general GYN, urological care).
Big SexE is a southern belle with a lot of attitude. I've got a smooth sexy voice that is full of wit and sarcasm. Big SexE always speaks my mind and keeps it real for the real. My sexuality philosophy is real simple: you need a minimum of three things to have a pleasureable time - a condom, at least 20 minutes and someone who knows what the @?%* they are doing!!!
Dear Rasec is peaceloving, sensative, and realistic with some doses of idealistic thoughts. Discovering the most inner meaning of our sexuality is to arrive at the doors of the ecstasies of Love.
Dyke-a-delic is a queer woman who likes to study all aspects of sexuality. I am especially interested in the social aspects of what makes us sexual beings - like intimate relationsh identity formation, and sexual communities. I have worked middle school students, medical students and everyone inbetween, so you can be sure I'm knowledable about the issues that affect you.
Celebate Stacy I'm very comfortable speaking about matters of the flesh in front of strangers. I am not easily embarrassed and have a very dry sense of humor. I have an extensive amount of knowledge about sexuality and the Bible (along with other sexuality topics related to faith). I am always up for a challenge and I am looking forward to my time at Widener.
Sex All the Time Lucy identifies as bisexual and polyamorous. I am a political activist for the rights of gay, lesbians, and trans people. Although I don't personally believe in marriage, I fully support marriage for same sex couples. In relationships, I believe that honesty and direct communication is the ONLY policy. I believe a great sex life is the foundation for a happy healthy relationship; everyone should be free to explore and experiment with sexuality and feed their sexual appetites.
Mama Luv I'm a zany goofy no-nonsense character who's straight but not narrow. Never ask me anything you don't want my honest opinion about (lol). And I'm a firm believer in being comfortable with one's self as well as your sexuality.
CoCo first considered my career path in the field of sexuality as early as my freshmen year of college and participated with several social action groups in educating people about the needs of LGBT students and risk-reduction in sexual behavior for at-risk youth. I was also a radio DJ in college. My focuses are based in the complexities of interracial dating, body image for men and women, and deconstructing the Masculine archetype.
Pumpernickle I'm a Brooklyn transplant that brings a love for seediness, a panache for BDSM, a devotion to kindness, and a seat at my table for silliness. My experience as a sex columnist and educator as well as a formidable pervert drove me from the trenches of the non-profit world to the hot seat of WDNR. All good girls and boys are encouraged to call and write in to our show; gold stars are handed out on-air.
